Thanks very much for following the link!
As you’ve seen I’m looking to find a position as a “house-manager”, part-time or full-time, or something quite similar in a property in (or near) London. I’m happy to do that in return for good accommodation within the property, or a self-contained flat.
I’m a well-spoken, very healthy, single, fifty-six year old man - and I’m a RIBA chartered architect. I have adult children living in Glasgow, and I currently live just off Wandsworth Common.
I’m British and have lived in Norfolk for most of my adult life, but I relocated to London eighteen months ago. I love London!
Alongside being a house-manager for you (if part-time) I would plan to continue working from home as a self-employed architect. All I need is space for a computer, and I would go out to see my clients.
I think of myself as cheerful and friendly. I am very computer-literate, and educated to post-degree level - at Bristol and Oxford universities.
I have a recent “Enhanced DBS” check, and a clean driving license.
I can provide good references from various sources. My LinkedIn profile can be found here.
I will need to take term-time Fridays off - because I am studying Psychology part-time.
Any questions … just send me a message. If you need something slightly different to what I’m proposing above - let me know!
